This is absolutely true and at least 40% of my brain resents it.

I love emails (and letters) and conversations that feel like long walks in the woods, with directions, detours, observations, pauses. They are as important to my health and well-being as actual long walks in the woods, which, yes, are also probably a violation of the crowdsourced iFuture socialnet.
